Ask us to agree a maintenance and refit plan for your chosen system. Avoid relying on a fixed schedule from someone else: your fitting and aftercare advice should be specific to you. Our refits cost £50 and include a cut.

Tell us about your routine before your fitting, including swimming, exercise and any regular use of heat or styling products. Ask for the washing, drying and activity guidance for your particular system and fitting, including any instructions immediately after your appointment.

Yes. We provide guidance on maintenance and aftercare to help you look after your system. Ask us about suitable products, your home-care routine and when to arrange your next appointment. Contact the salon if you are unsure about any instructions.

Discuss expected wear and replacement planning with us when choosing your system. We do not promise one lifespan for every client. The 12-month package validity is the time allowed to use the systems in your package; it is not a guarantee that an individual system lasts 12 months.
